It’s a whole new way for you to share your real-world knowledge and experience with young people!

In the initial phase of JABC Pick My Brain, we’re inviting you to give virtual career talks, where you can share your personal career journey and educational experiences to assist students in exploring their own aspirations. In the future, JABC aims to expand this platform to enable diverse conversations covering work readiness, financial health and entrepreneurship.

We make it easy for you to create a profile that we’ll display and feature on JABC Pick My Brain. We’ll invite B.C. educators to browse, select a guest speaker, and schedule with you directly based on your availability, leveraging the use of this web-based platform and digital tools to facilitate meaningful conversations in the classroom.

Browse our platform to discover, select, and schedule captivating guest speakers for your classroom.

Every guest speaker is a screened and trained JABC Volunteer who is willing to share their knowledge and experience with students. In this initial phase, guest speakers offer career talks, detailing their personal journey and background.

Schedule a virtual presentation directly from the platform at a time that fits your class schedule, and even invite your students to browse and select with you.
